Welcome to Kuroko no Basuke Answers. What would you like to know?

I think, no. In many cases (or all cases) a mangaka whose manga becomes an anime series, isn't engaged in the production of the anime, because it's outside of the mangaka's territory and concerns. If the anime has some different from the manga, it's because that. The mangaka can request something to add in the anime, though, but not help it, especially the art and the story. The anime is "drawn" by the animators.
